  • Kitchens

    For your use alongside our in-house cooks and guest chefs. Whip up your own food, take part in courses or leave it to others. The kitchen is the heart of a home, and this is yours to use.

  • Food

    Daily options, no michelin faff. Order through our app for both food shopping and meals. Daily breakfasts, prepped lunches and dinner feasts. Keep your costs low, eat what works for you and take part in house meals. All the while, saving on waste as we buy to order.

  • Coworking

    Santé is for balancing life with work. We don’t believe in bouncing round coffee shops, working on your bed or at a dressing table in the room. Our communal areas always include dedicated, quiet and inspiring workspace.

  • Training

    We’re about wellness. Not a token statement but a wholehearted commitment to facilitating training. Facilities at a level that elite teams would feel at home in… we don’t do hotel gyms.

  • Coffee

    Alongside our locally and seasonally inspired food and drinks menus, one thing will always remain a constant: proper coffee.

  • Hosts

    Unlike a hotel, we won’t have a full-time reception team. Instead you’ll find a duty host or two around the house, sorting check-ins, organising events and keeping the place ticking along. You can call them through the app.

  • Rooms

    Minimalist, practical and peaceful. Our rooms, made with locally sourced natural materials are designed to be your sanctuary. No clutter, no frills, just good beds and clear space.

  • Kit

    Drying rooms, kit lockers, repair tools. We’re gear people. So are you. Safe places for your precious stuff to live, not in the car or your room. Washers and dryers on hand, ‘cos muddy clothes and salty suits need attention.

  • Fleet

    Operating a fleet of practical, location-specific vehicles will link our properties to the outside world. Doing food runs, dropping people at slopes and setting up events. Workhorses with a purpose.

We aren’t aiming to harness tech to remove humans,

we’re aiming to amplify everything we do.

  • From simple dinners, to beach parties, ski tours and week-long courses. Use this system to find others to join you in your plans… found a local pizza chef to come in on Friday? Invite the house to chip in. Want to ski a line? Find others to join. Seen the surf forecast is good next week… invite friends to Santé for referral upsides.

  • Standard hotel stuff, but at the end of your fingertips. Book, check-in, order food, request cleaning, talk to your host.

  • Check out our weekly menus and order your own food or sign up for meals. All simply added to your tab.

  • You need a lift from the airport, someone else has a car and needs some income. You want to cook dinner on Friday and could cater for 10. You fancy a ski lesson, but can only afford to go in a group. Your bike needs servicing.

    You’ll be able to harness the community in the house to join you, or potentially even be the provider of the service you’re looking for.

  • Each location will come with a crowd-sourced guidebook, built steadily by every guest. Local eats, trips, providers etc.
