Founding Membership – Terms of Sale

By purchasing a Founding Membership, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Nature of Membership:
    This membership is a pre-launch subscription. You are supporting an early-stage project that may not come to fruition.

  2. No Guarantee of Opening:
    While we are working hard to open these sites, there is no guarantee it will happen. If the project does not proceed, all memberships will be cancelled. No refunds will be issued for prior payments.

  3. Perks if We Launch:
    Should we open, you will be entitled to:

    • One complimentary night (valued at £150+)

    • Discounted future membership

    • Priority access to booking and our Kickstarter campaign

    • £9/month credit toward a future stay

  4. Cancellations:
    You may cancel your membership at any time via your account or by contacting us. Future charges will cease upon cancellation.

  5. Updates:
    All project updates will be shared via our monthly mailing list. It is your responsibility to stay subscribed if you wish to receive updates or make decisions about your membership.

  6. Membership Cancellation by Us:
    If we decide to end the project, all memberships will be cancelled, and no further charges will occur.
